      Arrival was VeryQuick....within a day. Helps me swallow. Use it in morning tea, milk, water, really anything I drink. Sometimes in soup as well. Milk for cereal. I have microwaved it and still good. Take it out on trips in a plastic bag. One problem... constipation. 😃

      Arrived VERY quickly I have swallowing issues because of my stroke. This product is the cheapest one I found and very good. I add it to beverage mostly but sometimes soup.

      It does the job well. Some other brands don't have as much thickening power, and Thicken Up dissolves quickly, smoothly and well.
