The product protects intact, damaged or 'at risk' skin from irritation. This may be due to urinary or fecal incontinence, leakage of digestive juices or wound exudate, and peri-wound maceration. 3M Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film forms a uniform waterproof film on the skin, which is colorless and transparent for easy skin monitoring.       This is the best!! I have a colostomy & have used this for many years after trying other products. Nothing else works this well to keep rashes away! Hope I never have to do without it!

      I read the reviews of 3M Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film to help me find a way to protect my skin from the colostomy appliances. After a year+ using it for that purpose, I am convinced this is the product I’ll need to keep my skin healthy for the rest of my life. 5 Stars!

      By far the best product available! In less than 4 weeks, my daughters skin as healed and continued to remain healthy and intact. We have struggled with skin breakdown and painful ulcers for years with no success. This spray is quick, easy, painless, and long-lasting! I wish I had found it sooner - could have saved thousands of dollars in wasted/useless ointments, creams, lotions, wipes, and sprays.

      We were introduced to this product in the NICU for broken skin in the diaper area. Used in conjunction with proshield it is a miracle cure for broken skin in sensitive regions!
