    Promogran Matrix Collagen Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is an advanced wound care device comprised of a sterile, freeze dried composite of 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) and 55% collagen. In the presence of exudate the Promogran Dressing transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel, and thus allows contact with all areas of the wound. Promogran Dressing maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization and rapid wound healing.

    Without this product my diabetic ulcer may not have healed. I wish I could share the photos of my ulcer improvement in only 5 weeks. Within another week it will be 100% healed.

    After reading some many reviews about this product, I went ahead and bought it with the hope that it will help heal a leg ulcer that has lasted for years without healing but it did not work as We expected mean while the product is too expensive. I have to use almost two pieces to dress this wound as recommended but the wound is still there. I am kind of disappointed and I don't know what else to do since we do not have insurance.

    I received this product from my doctor at a Wound Care Center. It is very effective in promoting the healing of a venous stasis ulcer.
