    • Use a ruler to take measurements for proper sizing of pillows
    • Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outside tip of the humerus bone (see image above)
    • Choose the smaller size if your measurement falls on the line between two sizes

    I use a regular Therapeutica neck pillow so I was able to adjust to this one and it works great for me. I am happy to have a smaller pillow to take along when traveling. Still takes up a good bit of space, but manageable. Happy to have found this!

    I measured for the correct fit and purchased the petite pillow. I find it very uncomfortable, but have continued to try to use it each night this past week thinking maybe I'll get used to it. I usually give up after ~1/2 hour. I've tried it in both the recommended back sleeping position and the side lying position (in side lying the pillow is too thick & causes a kink in the opposite side of my neck). I really wanted to like this pillow!
