Fits ok but is a little loose because I have a narrow foot! I can walk ok with it when I get up! Foot feels better after about 20 steps on way to the bathroom

I got size small and I am size 7.5, probably medium may have been a better fit, but boot works great. Web sales team was very helpful and responsive, they kindly accommodated request for speedy shipping albeit holidays, and my need to update shipping info. Thank you for the great service!

My podiatrist directed me to order these splints for plantar fascitis. I use them for both feet. It took a few nights to get used to, but I can truly say it has reduced the pain from a 7 to 1-2. My doctor directed me to do "all the things" for the pain (footwear, massage, icing etc) and this is probably the most important and makes the biggest difference...maintaining flexion at night. I sleep with a pillow between my legs when I am on my side, and that helps while wearing these splints. (I am a nurse and work 12 hour shifts, so I can't be hindered by foot pain!) (Also, they are not hard to put on and take off.)

Awful putting on. Couldn’t keep on more than an hour to an hour and a half, my legs would throb. Very uncomfortable. Almost impossible to walk in (even to just leave bed to use the restroom).
