    I've tried pretty much every male guard out there, and this is the only one I trust. What Seni calls "3D" protection means you're protected on the sides, too. Since you put your penis INSIDE the pad, not just on it, your pants stay dry even if you're sitting, even if there's a sudden surge, and even at night. Strongly recommended for any guy who needs more than just occasional dribble protection.
