      I found this item to be of no use to me at all. Very uncomfortable trying to fit the sheath ...very difficult. the long sheath bends....I stopped using it in 5 hours. Would not recommend to anyone.

      OK, I agree the waist strap is tight even for a 36" waist with no option to lengthen it. There should be a S-M-L option for that. The "trick" to fitting the condom is to first trim the condom to a larger opening if necessary. You have to stimulate the penis to a firm erection, then stretch the condom between first and second finger of both hands, stretch it down as far as possible, then withdraw the fingers. Then tuck the collar into the jock strap fitting and snap together. Then attach the bag to the condom and route the tubing under the patient's leg. I find it easier to let it drain into a bucket under the bed, because the bag is really too small for overnight output. Hopefully, the manufacturer will offer a modified product, because the idea is very good, tho the product could use some improvements.

      I have a 37 inch waist and the jock strap is really tight. Very uncomfortable. Difficult to apply to the penis. Have trimmed the inter lining down and is still a real challenge. For me this product just does not work. It was worth giving it a try however.

      Have reviewed this product before. It does take practice and patience for both caregiver and patient, but definitely worth the effort. The design is a modification of the condom catheter, and the inner cath can be trimmed to fit a larger penis. Very practical, but may be necessary to drain into a bucket under the bed, for the leg bag might be too small to contain volume of overnight output. \ Very practical.       Bought for overnight use by ALS patient. Good product; tricky to fit sheath; instructions present, but not well written. Internal sheath can be trimmed to fit. Only problem is the holding bag was too small to contain the 7-hour output. A swivel coupling would make fitting the bag to the shaft more precise. It is hard to get the bag to line up smoothly to the leg and the shaft. Will have to modify the tubing to drain into a larger container. Company could offer replacement bags in larger capacity. Product is completely washable. Great as a non-invasive catheter. Do recommend, but with caution.
