Have a tempurpedic adjustable bed. Lady I care for kept leaning and would come close to falling out of the bed. This is just enough to keep her from falling. Also good for helping her stabalize before walking.

This product should work well for Travel purposes in hotels that have handicapped rooms, but no bed assist rails. So far very well pleased with product.
