    DermaKlenz Wound Cleanser from HealthyKin.com uses a non-irritating pH balanced formulation, which contains no detergents, so no rinsing is required. The adjustable spray nozzle creates a direct stream or gentle mist with appropriate psi which facilitates the removal of organic material, slough, blood clots, other wound debris and dead tissue, without disrupting the wound bed. DermaKlenz is formulated with zinc to promote healing.
