    Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow Sizing:
    • Use a ruler to take measurements for proper sizing of pillows
    • Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outside tip of the humerus bone (see image above)
    • Choose the smaller size if your measurement falls on the line between two sizes
    • Petite: 4¼" - 5¼"
    • Average: 5¼" - 6¼"
    • Large: 6¼" - 7¼"

      I have scoliosis and worst is in neck plus a bone spur and bulging disc this pillow has truly helped my migraines its truly a lifesaver for me.

      My chiropractor suggested this pillow so many years ago that it fell apart and I had to buy a replacement (hey, 12 yrs is a long time for a pillow!) It is fantastic.

      I looked into this pillow to help with my neck pain. I sleep on my back and sides. I used their measuring chart (5 1/2" from side of neck to edge of my shoulder) and it said I need an Average size pillow. I'm a petite person, so I wish I got the petite size. When I received the average sized pillow and tried it out with a towel covering it so that my skin did not make contact with it at all. I contacted the customer service department and asked to exchange it, however they said it was nonreturnable. I'm unhappy with the product. Very uncomfortable and size chart is NOT true. The foam is also very firm, which is okay for me because I don't like my face being smothered by pillows. I don't want to waste my money again by purchasing a smaller sized pillow if it's' nonreturnable. Poor customer service/satisfaction.

      Love the pillow. It took a couple of days to adjust to it but as a primary side sleeper this is so comfortable. I am sleeping better and I do recommend this to my friends.

      The pillow did not work for me. It was too high and my neck was incredibly sore and stiff the next morning. Sometimes, I would wake up in the middle of the night with a headache because of my neck pain. An expensive pillow for no relief.

      I have been spending all my insurance money going to the physical therapist to relieve my headaches from neck pain. Another doctor suggested I try this pillow. It works! No more headaches!

      All of my neck pain and discomfort went away, after using this pillow! It keeps my head in line with my spine when I sleep and that has made a huge difference for me. So worth the money.

      Love this Pillow! I have always had serve headaches & neck pain since my car accident in 1998. I started using the Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow in 2001 & it is the only Pillow I can sleep with since. This has been my 4th Pillow that I have purchased since my car accident & I will NEVER switch to any other Pillow. If you have neck pain or wake up with head aches, do yourself a favor & get a Therapeutic Sleeping Pillow, you will never regret it!

      I bought this for my husband. I had to cut off the protruding neck piece for him as it was irritating his neck. Then I had to cut holes in the end caps for his ears as the pillow hurt his ears. He is a pretty buff guy, but the average is a bit thick for him. It does help him to not snore - so that is a plus. Otherwise he wouldn't use it. I tried it and I don't like it either.
