      I ordered 3 volumetric exercisers, received my order within days. They came with the instructions as well as a progress chart (that you can make copies of). I used it the same day I received it. I was wheezing a little, so much phlegm came up (I know TMI). Today May 7th my lungs are clear. For maintenance I will continue to use this as a daily routine. Very satisfied with this company and this product. Because the coronavirus attacks the lungs, I wanted my family and friends to keep their lungs healthy and strong...what better way than to use the Spirometer.
