      My mom has severe alzheimers and is incontinent. During the daytime she uses the lighter diapers but at night she would soak through the previous diapers onto the bed liner. Tranquility is the only nightime absorbent diaper I have found, rarely leaks through.

      These are the greatest night time undies by far! My 4 star rating is because they are not very soft - kind of stiff and leave an imprint of the pattern on mom's skin. They definitely hold a lot of liquid. I also purchase the Super Tranquility pads that you can attach to these underwear for nighttime use. This extends the amount of liquid absorbed. I use Aloe Vesta cream on the skin area before putting them on my mom, and have not had any rashes. Healthy Kin is the best place to order all health care items! They always have things in stock and I get everything in one to two days! Thank you, Healthy Kin!!
