Bauerfeind GenuTrain S Elastic Knee Support Brace from HealthyKin.com is a soft, breathable, knitted support with lightweight, plastic medial/lateral sidebars. The circular silicone insert around the patella redistributes the pressure from the patella to the surrounding soft tissues.
