PolyMem Wic expands within the wound cavity to fill dead space, keeping the wound bed clean and moisturized while absorbing excess fluid. As this is a wound filler, to be used only as a primary dressing, this configuration comes without the PolyMem thin film backing. Use any other of the appropriate PolyMem configurations as a secondary dressing.

      The right size for soaking up what needs to be soaked up aiding in some pressure wounds, smaller areas like on the feet at times, and I suppose as the wounds get smaller. Good product, fast service. Love this company, we can most always find what we are looking for.
