I am having trouble adding items to my shopping cart. What should I do?

Browser cookies must be enabled to add items to your Shopping Cart. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to enable cookies. If you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any products and services that require you to sign in.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We are unable to bill Medicare or any 3rd party insurance. We do not accept Purchase Orders.

Why was I charged sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to Arizona.

Why is my credit card being declined?
If our shopping cart is not accepting your credit card, please make sure that the billing address you are entering is the same as the billing address for your credit card. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You cannot cancel or change your order. As soon as you place your order, a packing list is immediately printed at one of our warehouses for immediate shipment. Please see our Return Policy to coordinate a return if necessary.

Can you delivery to APO/FPO addresses?
Since we use UPS and FedEx to ship nearly all of our orders, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Can you ship internationally? does not ship internationally. We are only able to ship to the United States.

What are my shipping options?
We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.

How do you charge shipping?
We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item. To determine your shipping costs for an item, simply add the item to the Shopping Cart and click 'Get Estimates'. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required.

I received my order, but the items are damaged?
If you receive a damaged item in your order please DO NOT return the item(s). Please Contact Us and a representative will assist you in replacing your damaged items. In the event that requires the damaged merchandise returned, we will assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges.

I received my order, but I do not want the item any more. How do I return it?
You may return new, unopened items sold by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please see our Return Policy for further instructions.

Where can I find coupon codes? does not offer any promotion codes or coupon codes of any sort. We offer our best pricing up front every day. We know that our products are often needed immediately and do not want you waiting around for a promotion to surface.

Where can I find product expiration information?
With multiple warehouses and the speed at which we turn our inventory we cannot provide expiration information. While all of our products are guaranteed not to expire for at least 60 days from receipt, most products expire much later. You are welcome to return any unopened product that will not last beyond your needs.
