      I was extremely disappointed with this product. It was purchased for my Mom living in a nursing home. I delivered it to the home and they hooked it up. Her sound was weaker than before! I asked a staff member if they could make sure the phone was working. Neither the volume or the ringer changed volume when adjusted on the phone. All of this is more complicated because of the Covid lockdown of the home, and I'm unable to retrieve the phone for return.
