Drive Medical Nimbo Posterior Walker from HealthyKin.com uses one directional rear wheels with an aluminum ratchet and pin mechanism. An anti-reverse override bracket disengages the one directional rear wheels and allows forward & reverse mobility. A locking mechanism easily switches front wheels from swivel to non-swivel.

Drive Medical Nimbo Posterior Walker Optional Accessories:
- Pelvic Stabilizer: The pelvic stabilizer is adjustable in width and features back & lateral pads and a support belt. It is recommended for users who have an asymmetrical posture when standing or walking and, therefore, cannot stay centered in the walker.
- Forearm Platform Attachment: Constructed of lightweight aluminum. Height and depth adjustable. Handgrips extend forward or back, supinate, pronate and are angle adjustable. Individually adjustable. Contoured armrest with a flexible edge. Velcro® straps to prevent arms from slipping. Choice of mounting positions - inside or outside of the handlebar for lateral adjustment. Spacers are included for additional lateral range. Small: 5" armrest length, 3.5"-4.5" height from handlebar to armrest; Large: 8" armrest length, 5"-7.5" height from handlebar to armrest. Sold in pairs.
- Seat Harness: The Seat Harness moves with user's gait pattern allowing the user to shift weight from one leg to the other. The straps can be lengthened, shortened and positioned towards the front or back on the walker frame. It assists in weight bearing, properly positions user's pelvis and can be used as a safety sling. It features a seat pad that provides cushioned comfort. Large fits the Young Adult sized walker. Small fits all other sizes.
- Trunk Support: The trunk support wraps around the user and stabilizes the trunk. Used for patients with poor trunk control, ataxia, poor balance, spasticity or weakness. Height and depth adjustable trunk support includes padded back and lateral pads. The lateral pads are width adjustable. Adjustable straps with front pad secures user for maximum support. Mounts directly on handlebar of both anterior and posterior Safety Rollers. Large fits the Young Adult sized walker. Small fits all other sizes.
- Seat: Seat mounts on standard Nimbo walker. They fold up for standing and walking and down for convenient seating.
