Recommend by my physical therapist because one leg is a little shorter than the other causing me to limp. This has solved my problem, so happy.

Product fine, but packaging the most wasteful I have ever seen!! HUGE cardboard box with REAMS (as in a dense boxful) of crumbled paper with a tiny heel cup at the bottom that would fit in a small envelope!!. Made me sad.

I acquired a partial rupture of my Achilles tendon, and this helped me get around after the first month of injury. I had it on in my walking boot for about a month, and then switched to walking with it in my normal shoe. It has helped the recovery process immensely. I would highly recommend!

They work great. I would like to say that if you put your lift under your insole, like I do, you need to buy a small. (I wear size 10 1/2 mens). I bought mediums before and always had to cut them down.
