        They should ship the product in a bigger box other than the original product box. It is a sterile product and sometimes in shipping the original box is damaged.

        I admit I have not tried all brands of catheters. I have tried a couple and this one seams to work just as well as the ones that are twice as much. i have been using them for 20 years. since the company changes to it's new owner, t has even seamed to be even a little smoother. I am paralyzed and do not have sensation down there, so someone with feeling may be a better judge of it's smoothness.
