      I ordered this product because my physical therapist uses this on me when I go to therapy. It's warm when I applied and it feels soothing. I ordered because it was supposed to warm when applied but it wasn't it was cold. It still works and relieves sore muscle pain but it's not warm. I called customer service to inquire why it was not warm and I was told I had to be applied when my body was perspiring. The sweat is supposed to activate the warm effect. Well usually I'm not perspiring when I apply this medication. I'm not doing any type of exercise. So I was just disappointed it's not warm when applied. The label says warm therapy but it's not warm.

      Excellent gel and all it takes is just a little pump and it really relieves my back, knee, and neck pain in a few minutes I'm hooked on this product and I'm so glad that I don't have to depend on others to order it for me. :-) Also, was so impressed on how fast I recieved the product. I thought that it would take at lease two weeks before I recieved it, but it was just a couple of days. I was soooo happy. Thank you for being there for those who really need relief instanly.
