      I spend a lot of time at my dining room table using a laptop computer. Naturally I find myself slouching forward, a lot. This posture support was easy enough to put on. It took one failed attempt before I correctly threaded the strap through the front buckle closure. It did help me to keep my shoulders back and sit up straighter. My problem is that I wear tank tops in the summer since I don't have whole house air conditioning. In short time, the inside of my upper arms were irritated from rubbing against the outside of the shoulder straps, even though the straps are covered in a soft fabric. I'm not sure this would be different for me with any back brace/posture support.
