      Best silver gel I’ve ever bought. First time I used it for a post surgical wound status post amputated toes (diabetic ulcers caused it) and the wound became healthy and healing. This time around I was sooooo happy to have found a left over 1/2 tube (from 2018) and used it on an roofing nail puncture wound which infected very badly. After 4 days of squirting this in the wound I am seeing less than half exudate and the pain diminished significantly (from using 2 5 mg percocets every 4 hours to using 1 every 8-12 hours). The wound is healing. I am really really happy with this product and strongly recommend it. $51 is really a small price ti pay as it saved my family member from a sure below the knee amputation

      We actually bought this product for our dog after the vet used it for a wound he suffered in a dog attack. He has healed amazingly and the leg was saved from from skin graft or amputation! Best price ANYWHERE!
