Derma Sciences Medihoney HCS Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is designed for dry to moderately exuding superficial to partial thickness wounds. It combines the healing properties of Leptospermum Honey with the handling capability of Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) technology. Medihoney HCS absorbs 2.5x the amount of fluid of leading hydrocolloids. It is available in adhesive and non-adhesive versions, both of which absorb light to moderate amounts of exudate.
