      True Gel works once my wife is able to administer it to me. My lows typically occur between 1 and 3AM. My wife has difficulty opening the gel pouch and has difficulty getting all of the gel into my mouth, and it is messy. More of it ends up on the floor, bed and on me than in my mouth.

      True plus Gel works well especially at 1 or 2AM which is when my episodes occur. The gel pack is easy for my wife to open and administer.
