      Husband had to help, the first time. If the clippers could open wider, that would have been helpful. It was difficult to be 'steady,' and I thought if it could all attach to something that would also give a slanted place for one's foot to rest, that would have solved many issues. However, keeping the toenails trimmed will alleviate most of the issues. Overall, I'm happy with the product.
