      I actually took a chance to purchase this product because i never knew that there was a form os gelatein product for dysphagia diets( individuals with swallowing issues). This product turned out to be so so good that we now limit 5 cups for the week...lol, we try. I would highly recommend not just for the taste and it's use(dysphagia diet) but it allow you to get some required proteins in at the same time between meals.
