      I had upper eyelid surgery on June 12 and purchased different sizes of round gell-packs for eyes, as well as other items I found online. The clinic sent me home with gell-packs, as well. None of these items worked. The thin, round gell packs freeze solid and can’t be made to conform to eye sockets until they warm up a bit, but then get warm very quickly. In addition, you have to hold them in place — which gets both tiresome and uncomfortable after a while. Frozen peas or corn in ziplock bags work well, but you still have to hold them in place. What worked perfectly were your eye masks, shaped to conform to the face/eyes, with an adjustable Velcro strap that goes around the head to keep the mask in place. I lightly filled the plastic-lined pockets with frozen peas or corn which enabled the mask to ‘touch’ all parts of the eye area, from eyebrows to upper cheeks. What a work of genius! No other company offers a product even remotely similar. For three full days, I had to ice for 20 minutes, off 20 minutes, ice 20 minutes during all waking hours! I would never have been able to do this without your fantastic product. Three masks do the trick, though you could probably get by with two. At my post surgery appointment, my surgeon was very pleased with how almost all of my swelling was gone. I had brought her an unused mask, with ordering information. She had never seen your product or anything similar and was very interested. I suspect that either she or the eye clinic has already contacted you regarding their purchase.
