I have the chair for a few weeks now and it has never been used. I purchased it for my sister and her caregivers cannot get her into the chair easily. The reason for this is that the piece holding the foot rest extends outward too far for them to be able to place her in the chair. The design of the chair looked good in the advertisement but in practicality we can’t seem to be able to make it work.
