    MANUKApli Sterile Honey Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is made with 100% active Leptospermum (Manuka) honey sourced from New Zealand. This high-potency, medical-grade honey has a natural pH of 3.0–4.5, helping reduce wound bed pH to support optimal healing conditions. It promotes autolytic debridement while providing a sustained release of honey into the wound bed. Exudate and necrotic tissue are absorbed into a secondary dressing, keeping the wound environment clean. In addition to wound care, MANUKApli may also assist in the management of acne and hidradenitis suppurativa.

    Works great. I witnessed it first hand with a cut on my son's hand. After applying 2 days later it looked like a scratch. Will buy again.

    man this is the best stuff. I have a young man that keeps getting bed sores and with in a week of using this he is all cleared up. This is the best medication for someone that is in bed and a chair daily. Buy lots and lot u will love it just like we do.

    I bought this for my father who has ulcers on his legs and has for years. The medicine he received by prescription was not really working. The ulcers are unable to be healed, however, the Medihoney has been able to get them better under control than they have ever been. So thankful that we gave this a try. I would highly recommend this product!!!

    I didn't purchase this for a wound, but decided to try it for my chapped lips and cold sores. It works! Not only did it clear the problem up and smooth my lips.. I haven't had any recurring chapped lips. The bees know what they are doing....
