    MANUKApli Sterile Honey Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is made with 100% active Leptospermum (Manuka) honey sourced from New Zealand. This high-potency, medical-grade honey has a natural pH of 3.0–4.5, helping reduce wound bed pH to support optimal healing conditions. It promotes autolytic debridement while providing a sustained release of honey into the wound bed. Exudate and necrotic tissue are absorbed into a secondary dressing, keeping the wound environment clean. In addition to wound care, MANUKApli may also assist in the management of acne and hidradenitis suppurativa.

    This is my first time to use this, I bought to see if is was comparable to a New Zealand honey I have used that is very expensive. This is a good replacement much cheaper.

    This is my first time using this product that was recommended by my home care nurse. She advised me to use it on some wounds that I have that she felt would benefit from this product. I think the smell of this honey is wonderfull.

    This stuff is a god send. Even my friend's Doctor didn't know about it. The personnel at the Wound Care Center gave her a small tube to use at home. She showed it to me and knowing how accident prone my friend is....I ordered a big tube for her...and now I know where to get it too. Many thanks for a fine product and from New Zealand yet. Have a friend there.

    Had a foot ulcer for over a year, thought I might lose the foot. After 2 weeks using medi-honey, it's 80% healed. Can't wait to see my doctor again and show him the tube!
