MANUKApli Sterile Honey Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is made with 100% active Leptospermum (Manuka) honey sourced from New Zealand. This high-potency, medical-grade honey has a natural pH of 3.0–4.5, helping reduce wound bed pH to support optimal healing conditions. It promotes autolytic debridement while providing a sustained release of honey into the wound bed. Exudate and necrotic tissue are absorbed into a secondary dressing, keeping the wound environment clean. In addition to wound care, MANUKApli may also assist in the management of acne and hidradenitis suppurativa.

MANUKApli Sterile Honey Wound Dressing Applications:

    • Venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and pressure ulcers
    • Arterial and surgical wounds, skin tears, and second-degree burns
    • May also assist with acne and hidradenitis suppurativa care

    Part numbers: MM0049, MM0051

I bought this for my daughter who has a leg ulcer that does not want to stay healed. She thinks it is getting better and does not hurt as it did. The shipping time frame was incredible - 2 days.

I learned about this product from a wound care technician in 2010. I have saved a small fortune in travel and co-pays treating flare-ups of a persistent wound ever since.

Had a wound that wouldn't heal after 4 months. Since using the medihoney it is closing up and the Doctor thinks it's finally looking good.
