    Promogran Prisma Matrix Collagen Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is comprised of a sterile, freeze-dried composite of 44% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), 55% collagen and 1% silver-ORC. Silver-ORC contains 25% w/w ionically bound silver, a well-known antimicrobial agent. In the presence of exudate, the Prisma Matrix transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel, and thus allows contact with all areas of the wound. Prisma Matrix, when covered with a semi-occlusive dressing, maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization and optimal wound healing. Prisma Matrix provides an effective antibacterial barrier as demonstrated by the in-vitro reduction of bacterial growth with common wound pathogens such as, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Eschericia coli and Streptococcus pyogenes.

      My podiatrist recommended this product. No place around here carried it. Checked Healthy Kin, and low and behold, they carry this product and at a price I can afford. This product is helping to heal my diabetic toe ulcer. I am so glad that I discovered Healthy Kin a few years ago!!! The prices of their products are much better than the local pharmacies or medical supply stores where I live. They have super fast delivery too.

      Prisma is a great tool. I have anemia and on days when I get a skin infections, they become deep and the tissue around the infection that's destroyed does not heal properly because my body cannot create a healthy scab for the healing process leaving the wound vulnerable to colonization of local skin flora or when showering creating opportunistic infections. Prisma kills these infections with it silver, and enacts a better activity on gram- and gram + during antibiotic therapy. It removes the inflammation and allows healing to begin by acting as a base for your skin. This product alone & healthy kin has saved me $1,000 in wound care expense from hospitals . I would highly recommend this product in single therapy or dual therapy.

      Price was $8.00 less per unit than the medical supply store I usually go to. Service was first rate. I had the product in two days of ordering. Product was the same as the wound care clinic was using.
