    Molnlycke Mepilex Border Foam Wound Dressing with Safetec Technology from HealthyKin.com is an all-in-one foam dressing that effectively absorbs and retains exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. The Safetac layer seals the wound edges, preventing the exudate from leaking onto the surrounding skin, thus minimizing the risk for maceration. The Safetac layer also ensures that the dressing can be changed without damaging the wound or surrounding skin or exposing the patient to additional pain.

      This the best product. I have used Molnlycke Mepilex Light before and it works excellent. My Mom's nurse recommends this product. She has used it on my Mom. The bedsore wound heals fast!

      Thank you for carrying this product! A Doc in the ER suggested I buy these for my elderly Mother who fell & had a skin tear on her leg. Her skin is very thin & I worried about it coming off upon bandage removal. Did Not Happen! I ordered a couple of boxes & she healed in no time! Very happy with this product & appreciate the fast shipping. Thank you!

      Love how the product absorbs and keeps stuff off the wound. Healthy Kin made it easy to order and general delivery was reasonable. The only thing I had an issue with (or I wouldve) rated this product a 5, is that they don't stick very wrll....mine keep coming up and then I resting it down, then right back up. It is quite an annoyance.

      The dressing are great. The method of shipping were a waste. The items could have been shipped in a envelope. Less weight, less postage, and less inviting to those who steal boxes of the front steps.

      I really like this dressing. It feels great over the wound and absorbs the draining very well. The only drawback is the edges start to roll faily quickly and I have to trim them off and use another adhesive.

      My friend has skin as thin as tissue paper. She hurt herself and cut the skin on her shin clear to the bone...really. The wound care specialist used a Mepilex dressing on the wound and my friend was so greatfull that it did not tear the skin off when she dressed it at home. I decided that she, being accident prone, needed some of these bandages at home....so I got some for her. Stays on like glue. Easy to remove to dress the wound and easily replaces. Many thanks for a fine product.

      I have been in a Wheel Chair since fresh out of high-school in 1975. In '77 I developed DU on Rt. Buttock that ended up requiring rotation flap and a year on my stomach. Bad surgeon. Bottom line any time I scraped my butt I would lay around til healed which after 3 days and u sat up for 20 minutes the scab would come off and back to square one. A lot of wasted time. I was introduced to these 4 years ago after having rotor cuff surgery due to overuse. And the hospital PT had me transfer over on a porta-potty type commode and didn't realize as they drug me across it that the surface was rough which ended up taking part of my right buttock cheek with it. I thought I was doomed to go to rehab since now instead of a therapy situation I would be a medical situation which would not be covered by insurance. But the Dr. slapped one of these on me and said 30 minutes sitting/30 seconds off and continued with my rehab. I was very, very skeptical. But within 4 days it was healed completely and I was able to sit up during the entire healing process. Damn where were these patches back in '75? Great product for any type of wound care that may be subject to skin breakdown due pressure.

      I actually use the 4x4 size to put on my Mom's heel to pad it. She has a large venous stasis ulcer on her ankle near her heel. Her heel becomes tender and this dressing does the trick. Very good quality. Fair price.
