      I have ordered healbo pads from several companies. All of them are too small even if I order extra extra large.. I am a small person, 5'4" weighing 123 pounds. My arms are small but I was unable to use your heal bow pads as they were all we too tight for my arm.

      Horrible experience, finally got the right size on the 3rd. order & that means all kinds of extra postage paid by me, and all the postage to send the defective size sent back. They know the size runs small, but common Size XLG for A Little 82 yr. old women. Something if very wrong, they say size goes by color, her old ones were blue, so we ordered blue, way too small, then I talked to the sales person, next order still too small, then finally on the 3rd. order they were OK. Another retailer told me up front as an inquiry that the size ran small. Beware this could happen to you & it has to others if you look at the reviews......

      I ordered XXlg based on the reviews and even my friends with little arms could barely get them on. VERY DISAPPOINTED! You need to measure actual arms/ankles and fit your product to those measurements so customers know exactly what will fit!

      The product itself is great, but the sizing was not good. We bought the XXL for my husband, but they were too tight for his heels. He has a stroke and pushes his heels into the sheets. Haven't been able to find anything that works very well except the ones he was given at the hospital that are very big and bulky.

      These have been a lifesaver for me as I have bursitis in one elbow. As long as I wear this for several days, the buildup/sac on my elbow goes down significantly. It makes work much more bearable as well as it prevents the pain when I sit my elbow on a table or desk.
