    ABD Pads provide excellent padding for my feet that, unfortunately, have plantar fasciitis. I could not walk without them inserted in the foot portion of the tubi-grip that I must wear to the knee in order to contain the swelling due to fluid retention caused by a condition known as Lymphedema that affects both my feet and legs.
