      It's a little heavy for me because it's steel not aluminum, over all it's good. Handles need to be about 3 to 4 inches higher. Need to make an accessory that will carry an oxygen tank Price was great!

      I have started falling quite often so realized I needed a walker with a seat. It's great, very nice and easy to walk and no problem going over bumps. My only problem is getting it in and out of the car. I suppose it is light weight but I have difficulty lifting anything at all. I still am quite pleased with it and highly recommend it.

      I was expecting something that a 200 lb. person could set but the seat is only wide enough for a child, I wanted to return it but was told I had to pay the shipping and when I checked on that it was $100 to return it, so now I am stuck with something I can not use.

      I love my new walker but, I despise the seat and basket area. You can not get to the basket easily. There is a flaw in your design. The bar that the basket rest on makes it set at an angle. You raise the set to get to the basket and it swims up making it difficult to reatch into the basket. It appears the bars and basket set too far back. Just my opinion! You need to redesign that part.

My therapist advised me to start walking to strengthen my legs so I bought another McKesson which I use Outdoors to walk around the grounds I love it and I know it will be beneficial to me a very good product thank you a first discovered four wheeled walker in a library. I usually take out about six or eight books and carry them in a large bag. What a blessing 2p able to put the books on the seat and not have to carry them around. As soon as I get home I ordered my own four-wheel Walker! Love it

      One of the front spindles is about 5 degrees off vertical. This could cause the wheel to turn sideways, possibly breaking the spokes. The user could then fall. I had this happen on a previous machine. No injury.

It came within a few days, easy to assemble, my husband did it really quickly. I love it, an now I'm able to be somewhat mobile again. Thanks McKesson this Rollator is great.

      The product works great, even better that one other we have. What I would like to have is a rollator that is a max width of 20-21 inches. Most bathrooms doors are 24 inches. unless the door has an offset hinge, it is difficult to use one that is 23.5 inches. Help!

      The walker we originally ordered came in damaged, & after just a bit of a squabble, HealthyKin took responsibility & replaced it. My Father loves it, it's much easier to fold & lightweight enough for him to place in his truck. The seat is a bit thin for a wider person, but we don't really need it for sitting. The wheels can turn on a dime, carpet or hardwood. Good brakes. We're very pleased
