    McKesson Dermal Wound Cleanser from HealthyKin.com is effective for multiple uses on chronic and acute wounds. It is specially formulated for the cleansing of pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, cuts, abrasions and minor irritations of the skin. It effectively cleanses a wound before dressing application, and contains the surfactant Poloxamer-188 known to be gentle on tissue.

      This spray is excellent for cleaning the wounds without having to rub on them. it doesn't sting or cause any irritation, i put in fridge, feels good chilled

      Saline cleans wounds, helps to remove the bacteria,and helps to provide with a good cleaner wound change. It doesn't sting, I have used it for all kinds of pressure ulcers, ones I used a wound vac with, and the wet to dry.

      The product seem to make the area I was treating for my husband very itchy! He needs just saline solution for cleansing! He has very thin skin and pressure wounds and any scratching will break the skin open! Can I return the 5 unused bottles of Dermal wound cleanser?? The 6th bottle I used maybe two times! Thank you
