      I was excited about having this Rollator, since I had meticulously read through the comments rating others, and was impressed by the accolades for this brand and model. One feature I particularly noted was that it was light enough to put into the trunk of a car, since my goal was to be able shop and drive to appointments independently, hoisting the Rolator in and out of the car myself. Much to my disappointment, although I am able to lift what I need to transport normally, this Rollator proved beyond my ability, although I had my physical therapist standing by to help set it up and try it out. This was and is a great disappointment., because now I am confined to walks around my community, when I really needed it for both local walks and travel by car.I even went online to see if I could find any portable lifting device, without success. I then called the distributor, HealthyKin, thinking that they must have addressed this problem before and could advise me on possible solutions. Although my message was returned with a n automaticr response quickly by email, it merely advised me to call a number for technical support. However, when I called that number, although I was assured by a recording that my technical questions would be answered, I was asked not only to cite my problem to a recording, and then was put on hold for well over forty minutes. I was and am outraged by this deception on the part of all parties to what I consider a scam. No reputable dealer with whom I have ever dealt avoided customer support by delivering the customer into such an outright fraudulent scheme. .I won't return the Rollator, which has limited use and seems well made, but I am extremely disappointed that I cannot put it to the used for which I intended it and which should have provided me with the independent living I had hoped for. And I am still hoping that someone will come up with a solution to my transporting this device. in my car.

      We have been trying to find just the right replacement walker for my 78-year old Dad. The cross-brace design makes it SO easy to partially fold the walker, while using it, to get through narrow spaces - not like the bigger, bulkier rollators that fold front-to-back. It is slightly heavier than one similar that he's been using for several years, however, it's still light enough that he can lift to put in the trunk of his SUV. Dad LOVES the bright red color and attention the sleek design gets! The only change we will have to make for his 6 ft frame is that the seat is too low for him. We're going to have to make a firm cushion that will raise him up enough so that he sits higher, as it's too difficult for him to get up from the low position. Very pleased with our selection and the super-fast service!!!! Thanks!!!

      My husband and I both use a rollator. I was looking for a different one and fell in love with this one, which is approximately half the price of another brand. So, we decided to order just one to see it we liked it. The shipping was extremely fast and we tried it out, liked it so well, we ordered another. Now we both have one and are getting around great. Have had several people stop us and ask about it so we are telling them all about you.

      i have the red nitro rollator and for 3 weeks now have been enjoying how sturdy it is and how easily it turns! With one leg broken i can manage to fold it alone as it is so light weight. totally satisfied.

      Excellent product. Glad we waited nearly one month due to national back order on rollator. Walking position is improved relative to other walkers due to handle location. Very sturdy and great looking. Folds easily. Maneuvers better than other walkers due to large front wheels. Bag position could be higher allowing easier access and less bending over.

      Reluctant hubby "bounded" with his red Nitro over Labor Day weekend. Cheers. It was super easy for him to use and since he needs to sit a lot, the sling chair is perfect for his compressed vertebrae problem and easy for me to fold and lift.

      Great walker. I bought it for my sister and she loves it. Easy to get in and out of the car. Very comfortable seat. The latch is a plus when transporting it. I sit on it too sometimes when we go shopping. You will love it!
