    My mom has severe alzheimers and is incontinent. During the daytime she uses the lighter diapers but at night she would soak through the previous diapers onto the bed liner. Tranquility is the only nightime absorbent diaper I have found, rarely leaks through.

    These are the greatest night time undies by far! My 4 star rating is because they are not very soft - kind of stiff and leave an imprint of the pattern on mom's skin. They definitely hold a lot of liquid. I also purchase the Super Tranquility pads that you can attach to these underwear for nighttime use. This extends the amount of liquid absorbed. I use Aloe Vesta cream on the skin area before putting them on my mom, and have not had any rashes. Healthy Kin is the best place to order all health care items!     These overnight Traquility underwear are the best! They truly hold a LOT of urine. I also use the Topliner Super Booster pad with the underwear on my mom before bed and it really helps keep the wetness from her skin. They are by far the best I have found. They are the only company that will list the quantity of liquid that they absorb. Been using them for over a year now. Would not switch.

These really hold a lot of urine. The reason for only a 3 star rating is that the last 2 cases I have bought haven't been gathered in the crotch. Only one side has been gathered. I reach out to both Healthy-kin and Tranquility. Both have said that I should contact the other. They will leak out the side that is not gathered at all. I find this part irritating.

One care tip: If the patient complains of itchy skin while wearing absorbent underwear, try applying Cerave skin cream to the skin before putting on the underwear. I think they are so absorbent that they can cause some drying of the skin of an older person. Also, I love Healthykin company. They are a reliable and professional company.

    Very fast delivery. Best I've used for my 82 yr. old mom. She is very small and they fit perfect. She can sleep better with these on, they keep her feeling dry. They don't last all night, or for her they don't. We change once during the night. But these are much better than any I have found before.

    These are the best disposable underpants out there. I use them on my 92 year old mother, especially for overnight and I am amazed at the amount they hold without leaking. They are very good with keeping the moisture away from the skin. My mother has never gotten a rash from them. Also if needed you can tear the sides away on the seam very easily to remove. Wouldn't buy another brand :)

    The Tranquility company makes good products. these overnights work better than any I have tried. I was given a sample in my home care store, and knew that I would appreciate the product and I do. They do not last the entire night for me, but I think I must be a special case - I can hardly believe how much I "go" at night. These allowed me to sleep for several hours at a time.
