    Tubigrip Elastic Tubular Support Bandage from HealthyKin.com provides tissue support in the treatment of strains and sprains, soft tissue injuries, joint effusions, general edema, post- burn scarring and rib cage injuries and is also used for pressure dressings and arm fixation.

    Tubigrip is made from cotton with covered elastic threads laid into the fabric to form free-moving spirals. The fabric is available in two colors – natural shade and flesh shade.

    Tubigrip provides lasting, effective support with complete freedom of movement for the patient. Once the bandage has been applied, covered elastic threads within the fabric move to adjust to the contours of the body and distribute pressure evenly over the surface. Fitting is quick and easy. Tubigrip stays securely in position without pins or tapes, unlike conventional crepe bandages.

    As it can easily be reapplied after washing, without loss of effect. Tubigrip is particularly useful for outpatients and in the community. Tubigrip reduces wastage, as only the exact amount required is cut from the roll. Apply with a 2–3cm overlap.

      Jefferson Hospital recommended that I get an elastic tubular bandage with an E rating for my legs. After surfing the web, I came across the Tubigrip bandage. I've worn them for 2 days in a row, day and night, and they never fell down. That surprised me as well as keeping the firmness around my legs.       I'm not sure what I would do if I did not have this product to help control the edema in my legs. The product is an integral part of the treatment for both of my legs in reducing the pain associated with the malady. Thank God it is available.

      I purchased this product for a friend to try based on the information I received from my sisters who use it. The friend uses it almost every day to relieve the swelling in her legs. She is extremely happy with the results she is seeing in her legs - less swelling and almost no pain since she started using the produce. That alone makes it worth the purchase price. I will continue to suggest this product to other if they have similar issues.

      If you went to purchase this product in a store it is very expensive and you have to know the length you want at time of purchase. from Healthy Kin you can cut the size you need. Great for keeping a leg dressing in place and light compression.
