      I am a runner. I use a Garmin watch and chest strap to measure my heart rate (HR) during my workouts. In that way, the conductivity of water or sweat allows my heart rate to be measured. However, at times I have gotten unbelievable readings (e.g. high HR readings on warmup, when I was going easy). But so far, in the times I have put your gel on the electrodes of the chest strap, I haven't gotten any anomalous readings.

      My Sister & I BOTH have & use TENS units & we love Spectra Gel. It is fantastic in keeping the TENS unit pads on our skin. So I bought 3 more big tubes! 🤗😍❤
