      A moment here to take a side trip over to shipping: A great product, but we were blown away by the incredible, well-engineered packaging. The Fed-Ex man followed delivery instructions to the letter, putting the package under a protected veranda. When we opened the package, it was like a time machine. I haven't seen this kind of customer care since the 50s. Well done. Shocking!
