    Have written multiple reviews - still a great product. We purchase fruit juices (apple, cranberry raspberry, blueberry/blackberry, etc.) in 64 oz bottles. Also purchase 0 calorie vitamin fruit waters in 20 oz. bottles. We premix all these so we are not mixing each cup. We have found that some of these thicken even more after refrigeration - some to the point of gel consistency which then has to be thinned. One problem we solved was to stop eye-balling the amount of thickener and are now following mfr. guidelines to get more consistent results. We found that the apple juice thickens more than the blueberry/ blackberry. Mom likes the nectar juices which are naturally thicker - this takes much less thickener than any other beverage. We also mix 2-3 cups at a time and blend with a whisk vs. spoon. We are still working on a recipe for each of the flavored beverages Mom will drink.

    Don't waste your time and money on other thickeners. Easy to mix, consistently good product - been using it for years with Mom. We're pretty much a pudding consistency now and which is difficult to for the first half but do-able. Last half of cup/glass is spoon fed but it does not alter taste of the fruit juices.
