    These are the best disposable underpants out there. I use them on my 92 year old mother, especially for overnight and I am amazed at the amount they hold without leaking. They are very good with keeping the moisture away from the skin. My mother has never gotten a rash from them. Also if needed you can tear the sides away on the seam very easily to remove. Wouldn't buy another brand :)

    Happy there is a brand of disposable underwear that are large enough to fit one of our residents. He can now pull them up and down himself and they don't fall off.

    The Tranquility company makes good products. these overnights work better than any I have tried. I was given a sample in my home care store, and knew that I would appreciate the product and I do. They do not last the entire night for me, but I think I must be a special case - I can hardly believe how much I "go" at night. These allowed me to sleep for several hours at a time. A real help to me.

    No aborbent underwear anymore absorbs a full urination or two. You have to wear the booster pads as well. Also, they don't last more than a half a day. However, these are the best I've found.
