    DeRoyal Multidex Wound Dressing from HealthyKin.com is a hydrophilic Maltodextrin NF wound dressing clinically proven to promote the growth of granulation tissue and epithelial proliferation. It quickly fills wound site, rapidly mixing with exudate to form a protective coating that maintains an ideal moisture balance to protect against dehydration. Available as a powder for moist and wet wounds or as a gel for dry and minimally draining wounds. It is for use on all wound types, including infected hard-to-heal wounds.       Unique product. I am a bilateral below the knee amputee and occasionally get pressure blisters on the bottom of my leg stumps. Usually takes 1 to 2 months to heal while in a wheel chair. When I apply Multidex powder to the wound it dries the wound and provides a durable protective barrier to the wound. The wound then heals in between 1 to 2 weeks and get me back up on my prosthetic feet and get back to my activities!

      This seems like a solid product. However, the delivery nozzle makes it extremely difficult to direct the powder where you want it. We ended up wasting a bunch. Better nozzle and I think it would be a good product.
