      It's great protein fill in between meals. I'm 5 ft 11 and struggling between 118 and 120 lbs. Can't eat many carbs for calories as causes inflammation in ears, sinus and hips. Pain!! Insomnia also. L-glutimine is seeming to help some energy and ability to at least tolerate carbs. But only about 50 a day. Eating lots fish and chicken cooked with oil. So getting fats. At least not dropping lower. But not gaining yet past 120. Was 130 3 was ago. This protein shot tastes decent,not best lol, but I'm not a lemon lime type. It's a good amount. Using one a day. It's better priced than 24g shots I get. For now. I use both.

      The cherry flavor tastes better when I mix it in something, even in a bottle of spring water. I need the protein because I don't always feel like cooking to get the extra protein that I need. My problem is that the artificial sweetener used is one of the three that causes me to itch. So I only use 1 tablespoon a day instead of two and I dilute it in cold bottled water or mix in smoothies. I like the results so I found a way to get around the negatives.

      It doesn't taste very good, but what pure protein does? As a bariatric patient who couldn't stomach the shakes, but the protein was essential, it saved my life.
