      I used to wake up WTH tension in my upper back and neck area. I got from friend & the first night it hurt but I hung in there 2 hours, the next night I held on for 4 hours but the third night u slept in pillow the entire night without waking up. I no longer wake up with pain and my neck is more flexible. Totally recommend for chronic tension and muscle issues.

      Not a bad pillow. Just doesn't work for me. Made my neck feel worse. I probably just have too many issues with my neck.

      The pillow is firm and comfortable. I bought it after I had already begun to recover so now I use it in combination with another pillow. Otherwise I find it restrictive. It was meant to keep my head from turning too far to the right or the left. Now I use it for comfort and would never give it up.

      The pillow works great. I was having issues with my upper spine pinching the nerve to my left arm and could no longer sleep on that side. With the pillow I am now comfortable on both sides and my back. It gives me the proper spine alignment I needed.
