    It was so difficult to find these in local surgical supplies stores, and HealthyKin got them to me super fast even without expedited shipping. I believe when cleaning J-P drains post surgery and with a seroma, have pre-filled sterile cartridges is so much better than filling empty ones with saline! Very goog experience altogether!
