    I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE SPEED OF DELIVERY ....BUT EVEN MORE AMAZED AT THE QUICK RESPONSE TO AN UNEXPECTED PROBLEM: THE FLUSHES WERE LEFT ON OUR PORCH IN SUB-ZERO WEATHER AND WERE FROZEN (RENDERED UNFIT FOR USE). HealthyKin IMMEDIATELY REPLACED THE SHIPMENT.
