    Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow Sizing:
    • Use a ruler to take measurements for proper sizing of pillows
    • Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outside tip of the humerus bone (see image above)
    • Choose the smaller size if your measurement falls on the line between two sizes
    • Petite: 4¼" - 5¼"
    • Average: 5¼" - 6¼"
    • Large: 6¼" - 7¼"

      The pillow may or may not be helpful. It is an individual experience. I did not find it comfortable. That in and of itself is not that big of a deal. The problem is that you CANNOT return this pillow. It is in the Return Policy which I did not read. So, either be very, very sure you want this pillow or buy it from another vendor who will allow you to return it.

      I can't tell you how much this pillow has changed my life!! I have a very bad neck and have not slept well in years! My daughters friend told me about this pillow and at first I thought, I've tried every pillow out there and nothing helps, but boy was I WRONG! I now recommend this pillow to everyone! A MUST try.

      I've been using using this type of pillow for over 15 years on recommendation of my chiropractor. This is the only type of pillow that I will every use. The arrival of this pillow was much quicker than what I expected. Thank you.

      As the others have said, it DOES take getting used to. It is awkward at first, especially turning on your side and placing your head a good distance on the outer edge near the end of your pillow. After you get used to it...it IS comfortable and will help your neck feel better. I felt $20 shipping was a bit much, but the pillow itself is nice.

      I have a pinch nerve in my neck and I was looking for a pillow that would help stabilize my cervical spine it helped tremendously it takes some getting use to but when you do well worth it the pain in my arm has stopped along with stretches I learned to do feel much better improve the cervicle cuvre in your neck an your posture and if you have a pinched nerve it definitely works great pillow
